Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  Inspection & Approval

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all labels attached; once our team verifies the details, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse using any traceable courier service of your choice.

  Processing & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your package, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit within 3 to 5 business days.
